Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan Grosse Akta Pendaftaran Kapal Nomor 772
tertanggal 02 Oktober 2024 yang telah dikeluarkan oleh
Kementerian Perhubungan Direktorat Jendral Perhubungan
Laut Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas I
Samarinda, Pejabat Pendaftar dan Pencatat Balik Nama Kapal
di Samarinda, bersama dengan ini Perseroan menyampaikan
laporan informasi bahwa telah terjadi transaksi pengadaan
aset berupa kapal atas nama/milik PT Batuah Abadi Lines
(PTBAL) yang bernama Tug Boat PEC 2416 sebesar Rp.
10,100,000,000, antara PTBAL dengan PT Dok Pendingin,
PTBAL merupakan entitas anak Perseroan dengan
kepemilikan saham secara langsung.
Grosse Akta tersebut telah diterima oleh Perseroan pada
tanggal 3 Oktober 2024.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pengadaan Tug Boat PEC 2416 akan memberikan dampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan yang positif terhadap kegiatan operasional dan kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan Perseroan, dimana hal ini akan menambah aset dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau pendapatan bagi Perseroan kedepannya untuk memenuhi
Perusahaan Publik kebutuhan permintaan yang terus meningkat.
Dampak hukum atas transaksi pengadaan tersebut adalah
telah terdaftarnya hak milik, kewajiban dan segala tanggung
jawab atas PEC 2416 kepada Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or Based on the Grosse Deed of Vessel Registration Number 772
Facts dated 02 October 2024 which was issued by the Ministry of
Transportation, Directorate General of Sea Transportation,
Office of Harbormaster and Port Authority Class I Samarinda,
Registrar and Registrar of Vessel Names in Samarinda,
herewith the Company submits an information report that there
was a transaction to procure an asset in the form of a Vessel
in the name/belonging to PT Batuah Abadi Lines (PTBAL),
namely Tug Boat PEC 2416, amounting to Rp.
10,100,000,000, between PTBAL and PT Dok Pendingin,
PTBAL is a subsidiary of the Company with direct share
ownership.
The gross deed was received by the Company on October 3,
2024.
Impact of event, material information or Procurement of the tug boat PEC 2416 will have a positive
facts towards Issuers or Public impact on the Company's operational activities and financial
Company’s operational activities, legal, condition, where this will increase assets and income for the
financial condition, or going concern Company in the future to meet the needs of continuously
increasing demand.
The legal impact of the procurement transaction is that
ownership rights, obligations and all responsibilities for PEC
2416 have been registered with the Company.
