Press Release
Elnusa EGMS Approves Changes to Management, Reaffirms Commitment to Corporate Governance and
Business Continuity
Jakarta, 9 September 2026 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA), an integrated energy services company and part of Pertamina’s Upstream Subholding, held its 2026
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Wednesday (September 9). The EGMS approved changes to the Company’s management composition as
part of its corporate governance mechanism. As a publicly listed company, Elnusa ensures that every corporate decision is implemented transparently and
accountably, in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association and applicable laws and regulations.
The EGMS approved changes to the Company’s Board of Directors, specifically the positions of Director of Business Development, previously held by Arief Prasetyo
Handoyo, and Director of Human Resources & General Affairs, previously held by Hera Handayani. The EGMS subsequently appointed Setyo Sapto Edi as Director
of Business Development and Linda Delina as Director of Human Resources & General Affairs. The changes to the management composition became effective upon
the closing of the EGMS, subject to the provisions of the Company’s Articles of Association and applicable laws and regulations.
Elnusa Corporate Secretary, Rustam Aji, said that the EGMS represents an integral part of the checks and balances mechanism and the exercise of shareholders’
rights within the governance framework of a publicly listed company. “For Elnusa, corporate governance serves as an essential foundation for ensuring that the
Company continues to operate professionally, transparently, and accountably amid evolving organizational and industry dynamics. The changes in management do
not alter our commitment to maintaining business continuity, executing the strategies that have been established, delivering the best services to our customers,
and creating long-term value for all shareholders,” said Rustam.
This continuity is supported by solid business fundamentals and an organizational system that continues to be strengthened. As presented at Elnusa’s Public Expose
on September 7, 2026, the Company continues to pursue a strategy built on operational excellence, cost leadership, stronger technology and innovation, as well as
optimized synergies and integrated solutions. The strategy is aimed at enhancing productivity, competitiveness, the quality of growth, and sustainable value creation
for customers and shareholders.
Elnusa’s commitment to corporate governance also remains an integral part of its journey as a publicly listed company. The Company continues to strengthen the
implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles through oversight mechanisms, risk management, compliance, information disclosure, and control
systems that support prudent decision-making. This consistency is reflected, among others, in Elnusa’s ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) score of
96.66, earning a “Very Good” rating.
