dari Menteri Hukum (“Menkum”) berdasarkan Surat
Keputusan No. AHU-0089275.AH.01.02. TAHUN 2026
tanggal 9 September 2026 dan telah didaftarkan dalam
Daftar Perseroan pada Menkum dengan No. AHU-
0229598.AH.01.11.TAHUN 2026 tanggal 9 September
2026.
At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of
the Company held on 5 June 2026, the shareholders
approved, among other matters, the amendments to
Article 3 of the Company’s Articles of Association in
connection with alignment to the 2025 Indonesian
Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI). The
amendment to the Company's Articles of Association as
referred to above has obtained approval from Minister of
Law (“MOL”) pursuant to Decree No. AHU-
0089275.AH.01.02. TAHUN 2026 dated 9 September
2026 and registered in the Company Register maintained
by MOL under No. AHU-0229598.AH.01.11.TAHUN
2026 dated 9 September 2026.
