  Jawaban/Answer:
  Sepengetahuan kami, Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 tentang Laporan
  Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka telah dicabut dan diganti
  dengan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2024 (“POJK
  4/2024”).


  Berdasarkan daftar pemegang saham Perseroan per 2 Oktober 2024, tidak ada perubahan satuan
  persentase pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana dalam POJK 4/2024.


  To our knowledge, the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 concerning
  the Ownership Report or Any Change in Share Ownership of Public Companies has been revoked and
  replaced by the Financial Services Authority Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2024
  ("POJK 4/2024").


  Based on the Company's list of shareholders as of October 2, 2024, there is no change in the
  percentage unit of certain shareholders as in POJK 4/2024.

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
   termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
   (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

   Does the Company have plans to take corporate actions in the near future, including corporate plans
   that can affect the Company's listed shares on the Stock Exchange (at least in the next 3 months)?

   Jawaban/Answer :
   Belum ada rencana untuk melakukan aksi korporasi dalam waktu dekat.
   There are no plans to carry out corporate action in the near future.

6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
   The plan of the main shareholder is related to its share ownership in the Company.

   Jawaban/Answer :
   Berdasarkan informasi pemegang saham utama, belum ada rencana yang mungkin berpengaruh
   signifikan terhadap kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.

   Based on the information of the main shareholders, there are no plans that may have a significant
   impact on their share ownership in the Company.
