bidang pelayaran termasuk penyewaan kapal dan kapal
dengan kru dan pendiriannya telah disetujui oleh badan
otoritas Marshall Islands Business Corporation Act dengan
nomor 127599 tertanggal 21 Agustus 2024.
Komposisi kepemilikan saham Perseroan pada Pacific Ocean
Maritime Ltd. adalah sebanyak 100%.
Tujuan dari pembentukan anak usaha baru tersebut diatas
adalah untuk mendukung kegiatan usaha Perseroan dalam
skala global.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional:

Facts Ocean Maritime Ltd., domiciled in the Marshall Islands, which
operates in the shipping sector including the rental of ships
and vessels with crews and its establishment has been
approved by the Marshall Islands Business Corporation Act
authority with number 127599 dated August 21 2024.
The composition of the Company's share ownership in Pacific
Ocean Maritime Ltd. is as much as 100%.
The purpose of establishing the new subsidiary mentioned
above is to support the Company's business activities on a
global scale.
