Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material: PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna (“Tirta”), entitas — anak Perseroan — dengan kepemilikan saham 99,99Yo telah menyetujui untuk melaksanakan pembagian dividen interim yang diambil dari laba tahun berjalan tahun 2024 kepada para pemegang saham Tirta berdasarkan Keputusan Tertulis Direksi Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Direksi Tirta tertanggal 30 September 2024, yang telah mendapat persetujuan dari Dewan Komisaris Tirta tertanggal 30 September 2024. Description of Information or Material Fact: PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna (“Tirta”), a subsidiary of the Company with 99.9946 Share ownership, has agreed to distribute interim dividends taken from the current year's profit for 2024 to Tirta's shareholders based on the Written Resolution of the Board of Directors in Lieu of the Board of Directors Meeting of Tirta dated September 30, 2024, which has been obtained approval fom the Board of Commissioners of Tirta dated September 30, 2024. The Company as a shareholder of Tirta will receive interim dividends of Rp99,999,929,387.- no later than October 16, 2024.
