Informasi atau Fakta Material: PT Tirtakencana Batamindo (“Tirta”), entitas — anak Perseroan dengan kepemilikan saham 99,99Yo secara tidak langsung melalui PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna telah menyetujui untuk melaksanakan pembagian dividen yang diambil dari laba ditahan tahun 2023 kepada — para pemegang saham Tirta berdasarkan Keputusan Tertulis Para Pemegang Saham Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa Tirta tertanggal 30 September 2024. PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna sebagai pemegang saham Tirta akan menerima dividen sebesar Rp7.998.222.222,- paling lambat pada tanggal 16 Oktober 2024. . Description of Information or Material Fact: PT Tirtakencana Batamindo (“Tirta”), a subsidiary of the Company with 99.9946 indirect share ownership through PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna has agreed to distribute dividends taken from retained carnings in 2023 to Tirta's Shareholders based on the Written Resolution of the Shareholders in Lieu of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Tirta dated September 30, 2024. PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna as a shareholder of Tirta will receive dividends of Rp7,998,222,222,- no later than October 16, 2024.
