Chandra Asri Group Announces Shareholding Rebalancing with Increased Free
Float to 25.7%, Reinforcing Commitment to Capital Market Value Enhancement
                        and Long-Term Growth Strategy

Jakarta, 8 Juni 2026- PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (Chandra Asri Group) (IDX:TPIA) announced a
shareholding rebalancing transaction by one of its long-term shareholders, SCG Chemicals
Public Company Limited (SCGC).

The transaction forms part of SCGC's capital allocation strategy, including deleveraging efforts
and the reallocation of capital toward its core growth initiatives. Following the transaction,
SCGC continues to hold approximately 15.71% of Chandra Asri Group's shares and remains one
of the Company's key long-term shareholders.

As a result of the transaction, Chandra Asri Group's public float has increased to approximately
25.7%, enhancing market liquidity and broadening access for a wider range of domestic and
international investors. The increased free float not only supports compliance with Indonesia's
evolving capital market regulations but also strengthens the Company's attractiveness to
investors and supports long-term value creation.

President Director & CEO Chandra Asri Group, Erwin Ciputra said, "SCGC has been a valued
long-term shareholder and strategic partner of Chandra Asri Group. While this transaction
reflects SCGC's capital allocation priorities, it does not change the Company's strategic
direction, governance, or commitment to delivering sustainable long-term growth. We remain
focused on executing our rejuvenation and transition plans as we continue to strengthen our
energy, chemicals, and infrastructure portfolio across Southeast Asia."

The transaction does not result in any material change to Chandra Asri Group's ownership
control, governance structure, management, or business operations.

Following the transaction, Chandra Asri Group's three key long-term shareholders-PT Barito
Pacific Tbk, SCGC, and Thaioil Public Company Limited-collectively retain approximately 74.3%

ownership in the Company, demonstrating their continued commitment and confidence in
Chandra Asri Group's long-term prospects.

Chandra Asri Group continues to pursue strategic growth opportunities while maintaining
operational excellence, disciplined capital allocation, and strong corporate governance to
create sustainable value for all stakeholders.
