Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk (Perseroan) melalui Samudera
Shipping Line Ltd. (Anak Perusahaan Perseroan) yang
berkedudukan di Singapura, mengoperasikan kapal kontainer
carter Golden Star 1 untuk rute Singapura s.d. Pasir Gudang,
Malaysia. Kapal tersebut dimiliki dan dikelola oleh pihak ketiga
berdasarkan perjanjian carter dengan Samudera Shipping Line
Ltd.
Seluruh awak kapal telah berhasil dievakuasi dengan selamat
dan tidak terdapat korban jiwa. Perseroan berkoordinasi
dengan pemilik kapal, otoritas maritim terkait, perusahaan
asuransi, serta pihak-pihak terkait lainnya untuk penanganan
insiden dan pemulihan muatan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi yang diungkapkan tidak memiliki dampak material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan terhadap Perseroan. Untuk menjaga keberlanjutan layanan,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan juga tengah menyiapkan kapal pengganti untuk
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau melayani rute Singapura s.d. Pasir Gudang, Malaysia yang
Perusahaan Publik dioperasikan Samudera Shipping Line Ltd. tersebut.

Type of Material Information or Facts Company's Subsidiary
Description of Material Information or PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk (the Company) by Samudera
Facts Shipping Line Ltd. (the Company's Subsidiary), incorporated in
Singapore operates the chartered container vessel Golden
Star 1 on the Singapore to Pasir Gudang, Malaysia route. The
vessel is owned and managed by a third party pursuant to a
charter agreement with Samudera Shipping Line Ltd.
All crew members were successfully evacuated and there were
no fatalities. The Company is coordinating with the vessel
owner, the relevant maritime authorities, the insurance
company, and other related parties regarding the handling of
the incident and cargo recovery efforts.
Impact of event, material information or The disclosure information does not have a material impact on
facts towards Issuers or Public the Company. To ensure service continuity, the Company is
