Tanggapan Perseroan:

Sehubungan dengan Pemberitaan Media Massa,
Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa sampai dengan
tanggal penyampaian tanggapan ini, Perseroan
belum menetapkan keputusan maupun rencana
definitif terkait pencatatan saham di Bursa Hong
Kong. Oleh karena itu, pada saat ini belum terdapat
informasi yang dapat disampaikan kepada publik
terkait rencana pencatatan saham di Bursa Hong
Kong, termasuk mengenai tujuan pencatatan,
perkiraan waktu pelaksanaan, dampak terhadap
kinerja dan strategi jangka panjang Perseroan,
serta jumlah saham yang akan dikonversikan
menjadi Hong Kong Depository Receipts.

Informasi/ kejadian penting lainnya yang material
dan dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup
perusahaan serta dapat mempengaruhi harga
saham perusahaan.

With respect to the Media Coverage, the Company
informs that as at the date of this response submission,
the Company has not yet made any decision or
definitive plan regarding the listing of its shares on the
Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Accordingly, at this time
there is no information that can be diclosed to the
public related to the proposed listing on the Hong
Kong Stock Exchange, including the objectives of the
listing, the estimated timeline, potential impact on the
Company's performance and long-term strategy, and
the planned number of shares to be converted into
Hong Kong Depository Receipts

Other important information/ events that are
material and could affect the company's survival and
could affect the company's share price.

The Company hereby informs that, as at the date of
this response submission, the Company has no other
material information or events that may affect the
Company's continuity of operations or its share price.
