Nomor 43/POJK.04/2020 tentang Kewajiban Keterbukaan
Informasi Dan Tata Kelola Perusahaan Bagi Emiten Dengan
Aset Skala Kecil Dan Emiten Dengan Aset Skala Menengah
tanggal 1 Juli 2020, dengan ini disampaikan bahwa Perseroan
telah menjual aset berupa tanah dan bangunan yang terletak
di Jalan Dr. Mansyur No.165, Kelurahan Tajung Rejo,
Kecamatan Medan Sunggal, Medan.
Penjualan aset Perseroan tersebut tertuang dalam Akta Jual
Beli yang dibuat dihadapan Mimin Rusli, SH., Notaris di Kota
Medan. Transaksi penjualan aset tersebut tidak material dan
bukan merupakan transaksi afiliasi sehingga Perseroan tidak
perlu memenuhi peraturan POJK Nomor 17/POJK.04/2020
tentang Transaksi Material Dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha
dan POJK Nomor 42/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Afiliasi
Dan Benturan Kepentingan. Dana dari penjualan aset tersebut
akan digunakan untuk operasional Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta transaksi penjualan asset Perseroan tidak Material dan bukan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan merupakan transaksi afiliasi sehingga tidak berdampak
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, terhadap kegiatan operasional Perseroan, hukum, kondisi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan

2020, hereby inform you that the Company has sold assets in
the form of land and buildings located on Jalan Dr. Mansyur
No.165, Tajung Rejo Village, Medan Sunggal District, Medan.
The sale of the Company's assets is contained in a Deed of
Sale and Purchase made before Mimin Rusli, SH., Notary in
Medan City. The asset sales transaction is not material and is
not an affiliate transaction so the Company does not need to
comply with POJK regulations Number 17/POJK.04/2020
concerning Material Transactions and Changes in Business
Activities and POJK Number 42/POJK.04/2020 concerning
Affiliate Transactions and Conflicts of Interest. Funds from the
sale of these assets will be used for the Company's
operations.
Impact of event, material information or The Company's asset sales transaction is not material and is
facts towards Issuers or Public not an affiliate transaction so it has no impact on the
Company’s operational activities, legal, Company's operational activities, law, financial condition or
financial condition, or going concern business continuity of the Issuer or Public Company.
