    Announcement of Company Name Change to "ZACROS"
 Fujimori Kogyo Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Tokyo, Representative Director and
President: Taku Shimoda) announces the decision at the 94th Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders to change the company name to "ZACROS Corporation,"
effective October 1, 2024. Since 1994, "ZACROS," meaning “uncharted forefront,”
has been our business name and the icon of our history and DNA. For the past 30
years, we have consistently been at the forefront of innovation, embracing this title.
This official legal name change signifies our commitment to further evolution as “the
solution-creating company” going forward.

■ Inspiration behind the New Name:

 The name "ZACROS" is a combination of the letter "Z", representing
ultimate/uncharted, and the Greek word "ACRO," meaning peak/forefront. This
symbolizes our strong will to look toward the future and explore new possibilities.

 Since our foundation in 1914, this has been our utmost conviction. Yahiko Fujimori,
the founder once said, “Unique solutions emerge through challenge to the difficult
and the unknown.” True to these words, he held a strong distaste for simple and
passive mimicking and focused his efforts on developing new product concepts
that did not exist in the market at the time. We inherited the words of Yahiko and
his spirit, and infused them into the new company name.

 In April 2024, we celebrated our 110th anniversary under the new management
team. The company renews its commitment to the entrepreneurial spirit embedded
in "ZACROS." Under our 2030 business plan, we will aim at unrecognized needs of
our customers and society and advance our evolution as "the solution-creating
company."
