Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Sebagai dukungan atas inisiatif pengembangan Central
Counterparty untuk Transaksi Derivatif Suku Bunga dan Nilai
Tukar Over-The-Counter (CCP-SBNT) yang merupakan
bagian dari implementasi UU P2SK dan PBI 6/2024, maka
Perseroan telah melakukan penyetoran modal setara dengan
1,11% kepemilikan pada KPEI atau sebanyak 2.500 (dua ribu
lima ratus) saham kepada KPEI , selaku pelaksana fungsi
CCP-SBNT di Indonesia. Penyetoran juga dilakukan oleh Bank
Indonesia bersama 7 Bank Umum lainnya. Penyetoran modal
tersebut telah efektif pada tanggal 26 September 2024
sebagaimana Persetujuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar oleh
Menteri Hukum dan HAM pada surat No. AHU-
0061216.AH.01.02 tahun 2024.
2. Dalam rangka penyertaan modal tersebut, Perseroan telah
memperoleh persetujuan dan/atau izin yang diperlukan dan
telah memenuhi persyaratan-persyaratan dalam rangka
penyertaan modal sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku, termasuk
namun tidak terbatas pada persetujuan internal Perseroan dan
persetujuan dari
otoritas/regulator yang terkait.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transaksi tidak memiliki dampak material negatif terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Capital Injection to PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia
Type of Material Information or Facts (KPEI)
Description of Material Information or 1. In support of the development initiatives of Central
Facts Counterparty development for Money Market and Foreign
Exchange Market Over-The-Counter (CCP-SBNT), which is
part of the implementation of UU P2SK and PBI 6/2024, The
Company made capital injection equivalent of 1,11%
ownership in KPEI or 2.500 (two thousand and five hundred)
shares in KPEI, as the implementor of CCP-SBNT in
Indonesia. The capital injection was also made by Bank
Indonesia along with 7 other commercial banks. The capital
injection became effective on September 26, 2024 as per
Approval of Amendments to the Articles of Association by the
Minister of Law and Human Rights in letter No. AHU-
0061216.AH.01.02 of 2024.
2. In relation to the capital injection, The Company has
obtained the approval and/or permits and has fulfilled the
requirements for capital injection in accordance with applicable
provisions, including but not
limited to corporate approval or internal approval from the
Company and approval from the relevant
authorities/regulators.
