The Company hereby states that based on the Transfer And Assignment of Rights Agreement dated 16 September 2008, the Mutual Agreement dated 10 July 2024, and Addendum to the Mutual Agreement dated 23 September 2024, the controller of the Company is Mr. Franky Oesman Widjaja.
