Facts dengan Penandatanganan Perjanjian Antar Pemegang Saham
(PAPS) mengenai Kerja Sama Pembentukan dan Pengembangan
CCP di Pasar Uang dan Pasar Valuta Asing, bersama ini Perseroan
sampaikan bahwa pada tanggal 25 September 2024 Perseroan
telah mengirimkan dana penyertaan modal CCP ke rekening PT
Kliring Penjamin Efek Indonesia (KPEI) selaku Penerima
Penyertaan Modal (Investee). Hal ini merupakan salah satu
bentuk komitmen Perseroan atas upaya penguatan CCP
sebagaimana dimandatkan dalam Undang-Undang No. 4 Tahun
2023 tentang Pengembangan dan Penguatan Sektor Keuangan

(“UU PPSK”) dalam rangka mendorong pendalaman pasar
keuangan di Indonesia.
Referring to the Disclosure of Information that the Company has
published/reported on 13 August 2024 in connection with the
Signing of the Inter-Shareholder Agreement on the Cooperation
for the Establishment and Development of CCP in the Money
Market and Foreign Exchange Market, herewith we inform that
on 25 September 2024, the Company has transferred the CCP
capital investment funds to the account of PT Kliring Penjamin
Efek Indonesia (KPEI) as the Appointed Investee. This is a form of
effort to strengthen CCP as mandated in Law No. 4 of 2023
concerning the Development and Strengthening of the Financial
Sector ("PPSK Law") in order to encourage the deepening of the
financial market in Indonesia.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta : Perseroan menjadi bagian dari penguatan modal CCP dalam
material tersebut terhadap Emiten atau pelaksanaan manajemen risiko kegagalan (default waterfall
Perusahaan Publik/ management).
Impact of such event information or
material facts towards Issuer or Public The Company is become a part of strengthening CCP in the

Informasi lain/ Other information : Bahwa, dalam pelaksanaan penyertaan modal, Perseroan akan
turut memperhatikan dan mematuhi ketentuan:
- UU PPSK;
- Peraturan OJK (“POJK”) No. 11/POJK.03/2016 tentang
Kewajiban Penyediaan Modal Minimum Bank Umum
sebagaimana telah diubah dengan POJK No.
24/POJK.03/2016 dan POJK No. 27 Tahun 2022;
- POJK No. 32/POJK.03/2018 tentang Batas Maksimum
Pemberian Kredit Dan Penyediaan Dana Besar Bagi Bank
Umum sebagaimana telah diubah dengan POJK No.
38/POJK.03/2019;
- POJK No. 3/POJK.04/2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Kegiatan
di Bidang Pasar Modal;
- POJK No. 13/POJK.03/2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Produk
Bank Umum; dan
- POJK No. 22 Tahun 2022 tentang Kegiatan Penyertaan Modal
Oleh Bank Umum.
Whereas, in implementing capital investment, the Company will
also takes into and comply with the following provisions:
- PPSK Law;
- OJK Regulation No. 11/POJK.03/2016 concerning Minimum
Capital Requirements for Commercial Banks as amended by
OJK Regulation No. 24/POJK.03/2016 and OJK Regulation No.
27 of 2022;
- OJK Regulation No. 32/POJK.03/2018 concerning the
Maximum Limit for Providing Credit and Providing Large
Funds for Commercial Banks as amended by OJK Regulation
No. 38/POJK.03/2019;
- OJK Regulation No. 3/POJK.04/2021 concerning the
Implementation of Activities in the Capital Market Sector;

- OJK Regulation No. 13/POJK.03/2021 concerning
Implementation of Commercial Bank Products; and
- OJK Regulation No. 22 of 2022 concerning Capital Investment
Activities by Commercial Banks.
