susunan Komite Audit Perseroan, yang berlaku
efektif tanggal 1 Oktober 2024 — 31 Desember
2025, tanpa mengesampingkan hak Dewan
Komisaris untuk melakukan pengakhiran lebih
awal atas penunjukkan, dengan komposisi
sebagai berikut:

Regulation No. 55 / POJK.04 / 2015 concerning
the Establishment and Guidelines for the
Preparation of the Audit Committee ("POJK No.
55/2015"), hereby the Company wishes to
convey that it refers to the Circular Resolution of
the Board of Commissioners dated September
25", 2024, the Board of Commissioners has
given approval for the changes of composition of
Audit Committee of the Company, that will
become effective as of October 1", 2024 —
December 315, 2025, without prejudice to the
Board of Commissioners' right to have early
termination, with the following compositions:
