                                            99,9% dan dalam hal ini bertindak selaku Corporate
                                            Guarantee dan Cash Defisit Guarantee dari PIM dalam
                                            kaitannya selaku penerima fasilitas pembiayaan dari Bank
                                            Mandiri.

                                            3.PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (Bank Mandiri) merupakan
                                            perusahaan perbankan nasional yang didirikan berdasarkan
                                            hukum Negara Republik Indonesia.

 Facts                                        1.PT Paramitra Intimega (PIM)
                                              It is a subsidiary entity or controlled company of BALI with
                                              99.9% share ownership and in this case is the recipient of
                                              financing facilities from Bank Mandiri.

                                              2.PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk (BALI) is the parent company
                                              of PIM with 99.9% share ownership and in this case acts as
                                              the Corporate Guarantee and Cash Deficit Guarantee of PIM
                                              in relation to it as the recipient of financing facilities from Bank
                                              Mandiri.

                                              3.PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (Bank Mandiri) is a national
                                              banking company established under the laws of the Republic
                                              of Indonesia.

                                              Type of Term Loan Facility 1
                                              Credit Limit : IDR 320,000,000,000 (three hundred and twenty
                                              billion Rupiah)
                                              Term: 60 (sixty) months from the first withdrawal of credit.
                                              Purpose of Use: Capex Financing of the Bakti VSAT Project

                                              1. VSAT equipment will be tied in the amount of Rp.320,000
