                                            saham 879.115 lembar saham, dan persentase kepemilikan
                                            70,5% yang sebelumnya 66,3%;

                                            Dampak kondisi Keuangan :
                                            Terkait dengan kenaikan kepemilikan saham PSI, maka
                                            pembukuan pengakuan laba atas entitas asosiasi PSI ini
                                            meningkat menjadi 29,5%, efektif completion date (maksimal
                                            di tanggal 30 Juni 2026), yang sebelumnya 27,7%.

                                              of 367,316 shares, and ownership percentage of 29.5% which
                                              was previously 27.7%;
                                              2.       Logicalis Singapore Ltd. with share ownership of
                                              879,115 shares, and ownership percentage of 70.5% which
                                              was previously 66.3%;

                                              Financial Conditions Impact:
                                              In relation to the increase in PSI share ownership, the profit
                                              recognition book for PSI's associated entities has increased to
                                              29.5%, effective completion date (maximum June 30, 2026),
                                              from previously 27.7%.
