POSTPONEMENT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

The Board of Directors of PT Century Textile Industry Tbk. (“Company”) hereby conveys that the
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGMS”) of the Company cannot be held on
September 25, 2024, considering that there are still request for explanation from the Financial
Services Authority ("OJK") regarding the Amendment and/or Additional Information of the
Disclosure of Information to Shareholders related to the planned change of the Company's status from
a public listed company to a private company.
In connection with this, the EGMS which was previously announced by the Company through EGMS
Invitation on 3 September 2024 via Indonesia Stock Exchange website, eASY.KSEI website, and the
Company’s website, has been postponed and the latest schedule regarding the EGMS will be informed
immediately by the Company.
Thus, this announcement of the EGMS postponement is conveyed.
