Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan ketentuan pada Tranche A & Tranche B
Perjanjian Perdamaian yang telah disahkan oleh Majelis
Hakim pada Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri
Jakarta Pusat dengan register perkara No. 497/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst tertanggal 28 Juni 2022 yang
telah berkekuatan hukum tetap dan berlaku efektif sejak
tanggal 20 September 2022 sesuai Putusan Mahkamah Agung
Republik Indonesia No. 1455 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2022
(Perjanjian Perdamaian), WSBP telah melakukan pembayaran
CFADS Tahap IV sebesar Rp84.577.265.145,- (delapan puluh
empat miliar lima ratus tujuh puluh tujuh juta dua ratus enam
puluh lima ribu seratus empat puluh lima Rupiah) pada
tanggal 25 September 2024 dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
- Sebesar Rp3.266.064.567,- (tiga miliar dua ratus enam puluh
enam juta enam puluh empat ribu lima ratus enam puluh tujuh
Rupiah) yang merupakan pembayaran kupon Obligasi Waskita
Beton Precast I dan II Tahun 2022;
- Sebesar Rp36.960.274.269,- (tiga puluh enam miliar
sembilan ratus enam puluh juta dua ratus tujuh puluh empat
ribu dua ratus enam puluh sembilan Rupiah) yang merupakan
pembayaran bunga kepada Kreditur Finansial (Perbankan);
- Sebesar total Rp35.377.128.448,- (tiga puluh lima miliar tiga
ratus tujuh puluh tujuh juta seratus dua puluh delapan ribu
empat ratus empat puluh delapan Rupiah) yang merupakan
pembayaran CFADS Tahap IV kepada Kreditur Dagang
(Kreditur Dagang Aktif dan Kreditur Dagang Terdahulu).
Dalam pembayaran CFADS Tahap IV tersebut terdapat
alokasi atas dana hasil lelang aset Perseroan (asset disposal)
yang telah dijalankan pada tanggal 19 Juli 2024, 23 Juli 2024
dan 30 Juli 2024. Adapun dana yang dialokasikan sebesar
Rp8.973.797.861,- (delapan miliar sembilan ratus tujuh puluh
tiga juta tujuh ratus sembilan puluh tujuh ribu delapan ratus
enam puluh satu Rupiah) dengan detail sebagai berikut:
- Sebesar Rp6.998.081.871,- (enam miliar sembilan ratus
sembilan puluh delapan juta delapan puluh satu ribu delapan
ratus tujuh puluh satu Rupiah) merupakan porsi pembayaran
pokok kepada Kreditur Finansial (Perbankan) telah dibayarkan
pada 25 September 2024;
- Sebesar Rp1.115.875.783,- (satu miliar seratus lima belas
juta delapan ratus tujuh puluh lima ribu tujuh ratus delapan
puluh tiga Rupiah) merupakan porsi pembayaran kepada
Kreditur Dagang (Kreditur Dagang Aktif dan Kreditur Dagang
Terdahulu) telah dibayarkan pada 25 September 2024;
- Sebesar Rp631.019.589,- (enam ratus tiga puluh satu juta
sembilan belas ribu lima ratus delapan puluh sembilan Rupiah)
merupakan porsi pembayaran pokok Obligasi Waskita Beton
Precast I dan II Tahun 2022 (Belum dilakukan distribusi dan
masuk ke dalam sinking fund);
- Sebesar Rp228.820.618,- (dua ratus dua puluh delapan juta
delapan ratus dua puluh ribu enam ratus delapan belas
Rupiah) merupakan porsi pembayaran kepada PT Bank DKI
selaku Kreditur Finansial Lainnya (Belum dilakukan distribusi
dan masuk ke dalam sinking fund).
WSBP akan melaksanakan pembayaran CFADS tahap
berikutnya pada tanggal 25 Maret 2025.

Description of Material Information or Based on the provisions in Tranche A & Tranche B of the
Facts Composition Plan ratified by the Judges of the Commercial
Court at the Central Jakarta District Court with case
registration No. 497/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst
dated June 28, 2022, which has permanent legal force and
has been effective since September 20th, 2022, in accordance
with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Decision
No. 1455 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2022 (Peace Agreement), WSBP
has made a CFADS Phase IV payment amounting to
Rp84,577,265,145 (eighty four billion five hundred seventy-
seven million two hundred sixty five thousand one hundred
forty five Rupiah) on September 25th, 2024, with the following
details:
- IDR3,266,064,567 (three billion two hundred sixty six million
sixty four thousand five hundred sixty seven Rupiah) for the
coupon payment of Waskita Beton Precast Bonds I and II of
2022;
- IDR36,960,274,269 (thirty six billion nine hundred sixty million
two hundred seventy four thousand two hundred sixty nine
Rupiah) for interest payments to Financial Creditors (Banking);
- A total of IDR35,377,128,448 (thirty five billion three hundred
seventy seven million one hundred twenty eight thousand four
hundred forty eight Rupiah) for CFADS Stage IV payments to
Trade Creditors (Active Trade Creditors and Prior Trade
Creditors).
In the CFADS Phase IV payment, there is an allocation from
the proceeds of the Company asset disposal conducted on
July 19th, July 23rd, and July 30th, 2024. The allocated
amount is IDR8,973,797,861 (eight billion nine hundred
seventy-three million seven hundred ninety-seven thousand
eight hundred sixty one Rupiah) with the following details:
- IDR6,998,081,871 (six billion nine hundred ninety-eight
million eighty-one thousand eight hundred seventy-one
Rupiah) for the principal payment to Financial Creditors
(Banking), which was paid on September 25th, 2024;
- IDR1,115,875,783 (one billion one hundred fifteen million
eight hundred seventy-five thousand seven hundred eighty-
three Rupiah) for payments to Trade Creditors (Active Trade
Creditors and Prior Trade Creditors), which was paid on
September 25th, 2024;
- IDR631,019,589 (six hundred thirty-one million nineteen
thousand five hundred eighty-nine Rupiah) for the principal
payment of Waskita Beton Precast Bonds I and II of 2022 (not
yet distributed and included in the sinking fund);
- IDR228,820,618 (two hundred twenty-eight million eight
hundred twenty thousand six hundred eighteen Rupiah) for
payments to PT Bank DKI as Other Financial Creditor (not yet
distributed and included in the sinking fund).
WSBP will carry out the next CFADS payment on March 25th,
2025.
