Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (Delta Dunia Group)
mengumumkan bahwa anak perusahaannya, PT Bukit
Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA), melalui anak perusahaan
yang dimiliki sepenuhnya di Australia, BUMA Australia Pty Ltd
(BUMA Australia), telah dipercaya oleh TEC Coal Pty Ltd,
anak perusahaan dari Stanwell Corporation, untuk
melanjutkan layanan pertambangan di Tambang Meandu di
Queensland, Australia, melalui perpanjangan kontrak.
Perpanjangan kontrak ini akan berlangsung hingga Juni 2026,
dengan nilai sekitar AUD200 juta per tahun. Berdasarkan
kontrak yang telah diperbarui, BUMA Australia akan
mempertahankan skala operasional saat ini, dengan produksi
tahunan sekitar 35 juta bank cubic meters (bcm) dan volume
batubara sekitar 7 juta ton.

BUMA Australia Secures Contract Extension at Meandu Mine,
Type of Material Information or Facts Boosting Local Economy and Advancing Sustainability Efforts
Description of Material Information or PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (Delta Dunia Group) announced
Facts that its subsidiary, PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA),
through its wholly owned Australian subsidiary, BUMA
Australia Pty Ltd (BUMA Australia) has been selected by TEC
Coal Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Stanwell Corporation, to continue
providing mining services at the Meandu Mine in Queensland,
Australia.
The contract extension will last through June 2026, valued at
approximately A$200 million per year. Under the renewed
contract, BUMA Australia will maintain its current operational
scale, with annual production of approximately 35 million bank
cubic meters (bcm) and coal volumes of around 7 million
tonnes.
