Ibu Vera Florida - Kepala Divisi PP1 Perihal: Penjelasan atas transaksi votalitas efek Menanggapi surat elektronik PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor: S-10047/BEI.PP1/09-2024 tentang Permintaan penjelasan atas votalitas transaksi efek yang terjadi pada tanggal 11 s/d 19 September 2024 yang terjadi peningkatan harga dan aktivitas saham sebesar Rp150 atau 26,786 dari harga penutupan tanggal 10 September 2024 pada Rp560 menjadi Rp710 dan rata-rata aktivitas meningkat sebanyak 2.738.533 saham dengan frekuensi 677 kali dibandingkan hari bursa tanggal 10 September 2024 sebanyak 2.645.600 saham dengan frekuensi 1.042 kali, melalui surat ini dapat kami jelaskan sebagai berikut: 1. Is the Company aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the company's securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies? Penjelasan: Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)? Penjelasan: Hingga saat ini Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang) 6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut. Penjelasan: Tidak ada rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
