Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 24 September 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa),
bersama dengan PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk
(PGE), memperkuat sinergi melalui kolaborasi strategis di
ajang Indonesia International Geothermal Convention &
Exhibition (IIGCE) 2024. Kolaborasi ini bertujuan untuk
mempercepat pengembangan energi panas bumi di Indonesia,
guna mendukung ketahanan energi nasional serta mencapai
target transisi energi menuju net zero emission pada tahun
2060. Kolaborasi ini bukan yang pertama kali dilakukan oleh
Elnusa dan PGE. Kerja sama pengembangan teknologi
geothermal antara Elnusa dengan PGE telah dimulai sejak
2021.
Setelah melakukan penandatanganan Join Study Agreement
(JSA) pada juni lalu, Elnusa menandatangani Joint
Development Agreement (JDA) dengan PGE dan Multifab
untuk pengembangan dan manufaktur heat exchanger. Heat
exchanger ini menjadi bagian penting dalam proses produksi
energi panas bumi, yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi
pembangkit listrik tenaga panas bumi (PLTP). Selain itu, PGE
menandatangani lisensi teknologi Flow2Max dengan PT
Sigma Cipta Utama yang merupakan anak usaha Elnusa,
yang memungkinkan pemantauan kinerja sumur panas bumi
secara real-time.
Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, Direktur Utama Elnusa, menyatakan,
"Kolaborasi ini merupakan langkah konkret Elnusa dalam
mendukung pengembangan energi terbarukan di Indonesia,
khususnya energi panas bumi. Dengan pengalaman kami
yang luas di bidang jasa energi dan kemampuan teknologi
yang mumpuni, Elnusa siap untuk mendukung visi PGE
kedepan," kata Bachtiar.
Selain itu, Elnusa juga terus mengembangkan kemitraan
strategis untuk memperluas portofolio bisnisnya di sektor
panas bumi. Melalui sinergi dengan PGE, Elnusa berperan
aktif dalam menciptakan ekosistem industri panas bumi yang
lebih maju dan inovatif, mulai dari manufaktur heat exchanger
hingga layanan operasional dan pemeliharaan PLTP.
Julfi Hadi, Direktur Utama PGE, menambahkan bahwa
kolaborasi ini merupakan salah satu upaya penting dalam
mempercepat pengembangan energi panas bumi melalui
inovasi teknologi dan kolaborasi lintas-sektor. "PGE sebagai
main engine pengembangan sektor panas bumi berkomitmen
untuk bersinergi dengan berbagai pihak. Melalui kolaborasi
dan teknologi terkini, kita dapat memaksimalkan potensi energi
panas bumi Indonesia, menjawab tantangan global menuju
energi bersih dan ramah lingkungan," ujar Julfi.
Di IIGCE 2024, PGE juga menandatangani beberapa kerja
sama strategis lainnya, termasuk perjanjian dengan PT
Pertamina Maintenance and Construction untuk jasa
Operation & Maintenance, serta PT PGAS Solution Tbk untuk
layanan engineering, procurement, construction, and
commissioning (EPCC) sektor panas bumi.
Kolaborasi antara Elnusa dan PGE ini diharapkan dapat
mendorong akselerasi pengembangan energi panas bumi di
Indonesia, sekaligus menciptakan peluang baru di sektor
energi baru terbarukan. Sinergi ini diharapkan akan
memberikan dampak positif terhadap keberlanjutan lingkungan
dan pencapaian target dekarbonisasi nasional.

Sekilas PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGE)
PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGE) (IDX: PGEO)
merupakan bagian dari Subholding Power & New Renewable
Energy (PNRE) PT Pertamina (Persero) yang bergerak di

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 24 September 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) with PT
Facts Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGE), strengthen synergy
through strategic collaboration at the Indonesia International
Geothermal Convention & Exhibition (IIGCE) 2024. This
collaboration aims to accelerate the development of
geothermal energy in Indonesia, in order to support national
energy security and achieve the target of energy transition
towards net zero emission by 2060. This collaboration is not
the first time Elnusa and PGE have done this. The
collaboration on geothermal technology development between
Elnusa and PGE has started since 2021.
After signing the Joint Study Agreement (JSA) last June,
Elnusa signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with
PGE and Multifab for the development and manufacture of
heat exchangers. This heat exchanger is an important part of
the geothermal energy production process, which can increase
the efficiency of geothermal power plants (PLTP). In addition,
PGE signed a Flow2Max technology license with PT Sigma
Cipta Utama, a subsidiary of Elnusa, which allows real-time
monitoring of geothermal well performance.
Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, President Director of Elnusa, stated,

the development of renewable energy in Indonesia, especially
geothermal energy. With our extensive experience in the field

In addition, Elnusa also continues to develop strategic
partnerships to expand its business portfolio in the geothermal
sector. Through synergy with PGE, Elnusa plays an active role

industry ecosystem, from heat exchanger manufacturing to
PLTP operational and maintenance services.

development of geothermal energy through technological

At IIGCE 2024, PGE also signed several other strategic
partnerships, including agreements with PT Pertamina
Maintenance and Construction for Operation & Maintenance
services, and PT PGAS Solution Tbk for engineering,
procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC)
services for the geothermal sector.
The collaboration between Elnusa and PGE is expected to
accelerate the development of geothermal energy in
Indonesia, while creating new opportunities in the renewable
energy sector. This synergy is expected to have a positive
impact on environmental sustainability and the achievement of
national decarbonization targets.
