Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Saat ini, Perusahaan terus berupaya untuk fokus pada
pengembangan bisnis dan meskipun ada banyak sektor yang
tersedia, dua opsi pengembangan bisnis tertentu yang
menarik bagi para direktur kami adalah peluang potensial yang
sangat signifikan di "Sektor Industri Kelapa Terpadu" dan
"Sektor Perumahan".
I. Sektor Industri Kelapa Terpadu
Sektor ini secara luas dianggap memiliki peluang yang sangat
menjanjikan dan terus tumbuh sebagai respons terhadap
meningkatnya permintaan dunia akan berbagai produk kelapa
olahan yang menanggapi berbagai masalah terkait
ketersediaan makanan sehat dan utuh.
Perusahaan saat ini sedang dalam tahap survei yang berfokus
pada lokasi pabrik yang ideal dengan mempertimbangkan
semua opsi yang harus mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor
seperti kedekatan, posisi strategis, dan akses/ keluar-masuk
ke area budidaya. Kami akan mencari pembudidaya yang
menerapkan praktik terbaik dalam perawatan pohon,
pemanenan, praktik pengumpulan, dan perawatan pasca
panen bahan baku. Secara paralel, kami terus berupaya untuk
mendapatkan semua perizinan yang relevan terkait dengan
pembangunan Pabrik Kelapa.
II. Sektor Perumahan
Perusahaan berupaya membangun dari pengalaman kami
sebelumnya dalam pengembangan GRH@HRH dengan
berfokus pada potensi sektor properti yang secara umum
mencakup menjadi pengembang perumahan kecil dan
menengah, di mana kami berupaya menyediakan perumahan
berkualitas, lingkungan yang sehat, dan keamanan. Kami telah
mempertimbangkan (kami selalu mencari) beberapa lokasi
yang dianggap memiliki nilai strategis terkait aktivitas di
sekitarnya, kedekatan dengan jalan tol, dan pusat
perbelanjaan saat ini dan masa mendatang. Ini juga akan
memberikan nilai tambah bagi properti dan memudahkan
akses ke aktivitas tersebut. Di masa mendatang, diharapkan
partisipasi ini juga akan menambah pendapatan Perusahaan.
Pengembangan yang dimaksud, saat ini sedang
dipertimbangkan, adalah penciptaan perumahan skala
menengah dan diharapkan perumahan ini dapat menarik minat
kelas menengah muda yang lebih luas.
Kami bermaksud untuk mengembangkan rumah teras dengan
kualitas dan ukuran yang sesuai dengan parameter resmi dan
dengan fitur keamanan, penyimpanan, kepraktisan, dan
penggunaan, khususnya, untuk pasangan muda dan anak-
anak mereka.
Tentu saja, kami akan mengutamakan pemegang saham kami
sebagai pembeli karena mereka akan memenuhi syarat untuk
mendapatkan diskon.
Untuk memungkinkan kami merealisasikan proyek-proyek
yang disebutkan di atas, kami mungkin akan berupaya
melakukan Penempatan Saham atau penerbitan Saham
Khusus Publik, dari waktu ke waktu, untuk mengumpulkan
dana yang diperlukan untuk memberikan kontribusi terhadap
perolehan Tanah dan untuk Modal Kerja yang diperlukan
untuk kedua Sektor yang diminati Perusahaan.

Description of Material Information or Currently, the Company maintains its efforts, to focus on
Facts business development and while there are many sectors
available, two certain business development options that have
appealed to our directors are the very significant potential
opportunities in the "Integrated Coconut Industry Sector" and
the "Housing Sector".
I. Integrated Coconut Industry Sector
This sector is widely considered to have very promising
opportunities and continues to grow in response to increasing
world demand for a variety of processed coconut products
responding to issues related to healthy wholesome food
availability.
The Company is currently in the survey stages focusing on an
ideal factory location looking into all options that have to take
into account factors such as proximity, strategic positioning,
and access/egress in respect to areas of actual cultivation. We
shall seek cultivators that implement best practices in the tree
care, harvesting, collection practices, and post-harvest care of
the feedstock. In parallel, we continue to seek to secure all
relevant permitting related to the construction of a Coconut
Factory.
II. Housing Sector
The Company seeks to build upon our prior experience with
the development of our GRH@HRH by focusing on the
potential for the property sector generally inclusive of being a
developer of small and medium-sized housing estates where
we seek to provide a quality estate, a healthy environment,
and security. We have considered (we are always searching)
several locations that are considered to have strategic value
concerning the surrounding activities, proximity to highways,
and current and future shopping hubs. This will provide also
added value for the property and ease access to such
activities. In the future, it is expected that this participation will
also add to the Company's income. The development in
question, at present under consideration, is the creation of
medium-scale housing and it is hoped that this housing can
appeal to the wider young up-coming middle class.
We intend to develop terraced houses of quality and size in
adherence to official parameters and with features of security,
storage, practicality, and use, especially, for young couples
and their offspring.
Naturally, we shall favor our shareholders as buyers as they
shall be eligible for a discount.
To permit us to realize the projects stated above, we shall
possibly be seeking to do a Placement of Shares or a Public
Special Share issue, from time to time, to raise funds required
to contribute towards the acquisition of the Lands and for the
necessary Working Capital for both Sectors of interest to the
Company.
