Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan menandatangani perjanjian pembentukan usaha
patungan PT FPT Metrodata Indonesia (FMI) pada tanggal 23
September 2024 yang didirikan oleh PT Metrodata Electronics
Tbk (Perseroan) dan FPT IS Company Limited (FPT IS),
dimana Perseroan memiliki 60% dan FPT IS memiliki 40%.
FPT IS merupakan entitas anak dari FPT Corporation yang
merupakan penyedia layanan teknologi dan IT global yang
berkantor pusat di Vietnam. Dengan investasi yang signifikan
dalam R&D, FPT menawarkan berbagai layanan transformasi
digital dan solusi transformasi ramah lingkungan, termasuk AI,
IoT, komputasi awan, dan keamanan siber. FPT dikenal atas
komitmennya terhadap inovasi dan kemitraan strategisnya
dengan perusahaan teknologi terkemuka di seluruh dunia.
Secara khusus, pada fase awal, FMI akan fokus pada
pengembangan layanan keamanan siber, diikuti dengan
layanan AI dan layanan cloud GPU, serta pengembangan
perangkat lunak. Perusahaan patungan ini bertujuan untuk
menjadi Perusahaan terkemuka yang memimpin layanan
keamanan siber dan transformasi AI di Indonesia, dengan
target run-rate bisnis sebesar $100 juta dalam lima tahun ke
depan.
Beberapa layanan keamanan siber yang disediakan meliputi
Security Operations Center (SOC) sebagai Layanan, Security
Managed Services, Security Professional Services, Security
Advisory & Consulting, Security Monitoring & Incident
Detection, Threat Intelligence, and Digital Forensics.
Sebagai bagian dari usaha patungan ini, FMI akan
membangun SOC Command Center generasi berikutnya. Hal
ini akan memungkinkan perusahaan tidak hanya
mengkonsolidasikan layanan pemantauan di berbagai jenis
Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
pelanggan tetapi juga memperluas dan meningkatkan skala
operasi ke perusahaan skala menengah. Karena
meningkatnya insiden keamanan siber baru-baru ini dan
penegakan hukum Personal Data Protection (PDP) di
Indonesia, terdapat peningkatan permintaan terhadap layanan
pemantauan keamanan siber.
FMI berencana untuk mengembangkan dan meluncurkan
produk baru yang dirancang khusus untuk memenuhi
kebutuhan pasar menengah di Indonesia dalam waktu 12
bulan. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi EagleEye dari FPT IS,
FMI bertujuan untuk meningkatkan optimasi biaya dalam
operasi layanan terkelola.

Kelangsungan Usaha:
FMI yang merupakan anak Perusahaan dari Perseroan akan
fokus untuk pada bidang usaha teknologi keamanan informasi.

Description of Material Information or The Company hereby signed an agreement to establish a joint
Facts venture, PT FPT Metrodata Indonesia (FMI) on September 23
2024 which was established by PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk
(Company) and FPT IS Company Limited (FPT IS), where the
Company owns 60% and FPT IS owns 40%.
FPT IS is a subsidiary of FPT Corporation which is a global
technology and IT services provider headquartered in Vietnam.
With significant investments in R&D, FPT offers a
comprehensive range of digital transformation services and
green transformation solutions, including AI, IoT, cloud
computing, and cybersecurity. FPT is recognized for its
commitment to innovation and its strategic partnerships with
leading technology companies worldwide.
Specifically, in the initial phase, FMI will focus on the
development of cybersecurity services, followed by AI services
and cloud GPU services, as well as software development.
This joint venture aims to become a leading company driving
Cybersecurity as Services and AI transformation in Indonesia,
with a target business run-rate of $100 million within the next
five years.
Some of Cybersecurity services offerings include Security
Operations Center (SOC) as a Service, Security Managed
Services, Security Professional Services, Security Advisory &
Consulting, Security Monitoring & Incident Detection, Threat
Intelligence, and Digital Forensics.
As part of this joint venture, FMI will build the next generation
SOC Command Center. This will allow the company not only to
consolidate monitoring services across various types of
customers Security Information and Event Management
(SIEM) but also to expand and scale operations to mid-sized
enterprises. Due to the recent surge in cybersecurity incidents
and the enforcement of Indonesia's Personal Data Protection
(PDP) law, there is a growing demand for cybersecurity
monitoring services.
FMI plans to develop and launch a new product offering
specifically designed to cater to Indonesia's mid-market within
12 months. By leveraging FPT IS EagleEye technology, FMI
aims to enhance cost optimization in managed service
operations.
