Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) No.13/Pdt.SusPKPU/
2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. tanggal 20 September 2024 untuk
memberikan perpanjangan PKPU Tetap.
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal kejadian tersebut di atas, Majelis Hakim
memutuskan untuk memberikan perpanjangan PKPU tetap
selama 45 (empat puluh lima) hari sejak tanggal putusan
dimana Perseroan berkedudukan sebagai Termohon PKPU
bersama entitas anaknya. Selanjutnya ditetapkan bahwa
sidang Permusyawaratan Majelis Hakim berikutnya akan
diselenggarakan pada hari Senin, tanggal 4 November 2024 di
Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Saat ini kegiatan operasional Perseroan dan entitas anak tetap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan berlangsung seperti biasa. Atas perpanjangan PKPU ini,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan tetap berkomitmen penuh untuk menyelesaikan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kewajibannya kepada seluruh kreditur melalui skema
Perusahaan Publik penyelesaian yang akan dituangkan dalam proposal Perjanjian
Perdamaian yang dapat diterima dengan baik oleh para
kreditur.
Informasi Lain
Jika terdapat informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan usaha Perseroan maka Perseroan
akan menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi kepada publik sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Ruling of the Panel of Judges in the Case of Suspension of
Type of Material Information or Facts Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) No. 13/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. dated September 20, 2024, to
grant an extension of the permanent PKPU.
Description of Material Information or On the aforementioned date, the Panel of Judges decided to
Facts grant an extension of the permanent PKPU for 45 (forty five)
days from the date of the decision, with the Company serving
as the PKPU Respondent alongside its subsidiaries.
Furthermore, it was determined that the next Deliberation
Session of the Panel of Judges will be held on Monday,
November 4, 2024, at the Commercial Court of the Central
Jakarta District Court.
Impact of event, material information or At present, the operations of the Company and its subsidiaries
facts towards Issuers or Public are proceeding as normal. In light of the PKPU extension, the
Company’s operational activities, legal, Company remains steadfast in its commitment to fulfilling its
financial condition, or going concern obligations to all creditors. This will be achieved through a
resolution scheme that will be outlined in a Composition Plan
proposal, which we are confident will be well-received by the
creditors.
Other Information
In the event of the existence of material information or facts capable of influencing the Company's business
continuity, the Company shall disclose such information to the public in compliance with prevailing legislation.
