Komite Transaksi Pihak Berelasi, yaitu Bapak Fitradewata
Teramihardja, digantikan oleh Bapak Wardiman Wijaya,
sehingga susunan Komite Transaksi Pihak Berelasi menjadi
sebagai berikut:

Description of Material Information or In compliance with provisions of: (i) Financial Services
Facts Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning
Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public
Company; and (ii) Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation No. I-
E concerning Obligation of Information Submission, PT Avia
Avian Tbk (the Company) hereby notify the information as
follow:
1. Whereas the Company has changed the composition
of the members of the Related Party Transaction Committee,
namely Mr. Fitradewata Teramihardja, replaced by Mr.
Wardiman Wijaya, therefore the composition of the Related
Party Transaction Committee is as follows:

Member : Mr. Wardiman Wijaya
Member : Mr. Bobby Septian Yahya
2. Whereas the composition of the members of the
Related Party Transaction Committee is effective start from
September 17, 2024 until May 19, 2025.
