Sehubungan dengan permintaan penjelasan pada
surat S-09894/BEI.PP3/09-2024 berikut adalah
jawaban dan PT Ashmore Asset Management
Indonesia Tbk:

Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk
melakukan tindakan Korporasi yang akan
berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
Perseroan di Bursa dalam waktu dekat.
Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya
informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi nilai efek Perusahaan atau
keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana
diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa

Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta

Publik.

Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya
informasi atau fakta material yang dapat

Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk
melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang
akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3
bulan mendatang).

term. The company is not aware of any

affect the value of the company's securities

Decree of the Directors of PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021.

The “company does not have
information/facts/other important events
that are material and can affect the price of
the Company's securities and the
Company's survival that have not been
disclosed to the public.

The Company confirms that it has no
activities from shareholders as regulated
under the Financial Services Authority
Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017
Regarding Ownership Reports or Any
Changes in Public Company Share
Ownership.

The Company has no plans to take
corporate actions in the near future,
including corporate plans that will result in
the listing of the Company's shares on the
Stock Exchange (at least in the next 3
months).

6. Pemegang saham utama,

Ashmore
Investment Management Ltd (AIML)
mengkonfirmasi bahwa saat ini tidak ada
rencana, baik material maupun tidak,
mengenai kepemilikan mayoritas di saham
perseroan. AIML juga mengkonfirmasi
bahwa tidak ada antisipasi transaksi
berkaitan dengan saham Perseroan.

Investment Management Ltd (AIML),
confirms that currently there are no plans,
whether material or not, regarding majority
ownership in the company's shares. AIML,
also confirms that there is no anticipated
transaction related to the Company's shares.
