Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material - Bahwa sebagaimana dilaporkan pada Laporan Keuangan
triwulan terakhir, tren penurunan operasi masih akan terjadi
pada triwulan III 2024 dimana utilisasi diperkirakan akan turun
menjadi 46%.
- Penurunan ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor baik internal
maupun eksternal.
- Faktor penurunan marjin global menimbulkan turbulensi di
rantai industri. Kelebihan kapasitas global dan aktivitas
dumping melalui impor ilegal menyebabkan permintaan tidak
menentu.
- Penyelesaian restrukturisasi utang dengan para kreditor
dibutuhkan segera untuk menghimpun modal kerja baru dalam
rangka upgrade permesinan.
- Terlepas dari independensi operasi Perseroan, referensi
keliru yang digunakan kreditur Pemerintah terhadap relasi
Perseroan dengan Texmaco menjadi hambatan utama bagi
semua kreditor dalam penuntasan restrukturisasi.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta - Pembahasan konsep restrukturisasi yang sedang berjalan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan sangat penting untuk memberikan akses normal Perseoran ke
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, perbankan. Pembahasan ini diharapkan dapat tuntas dengan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau cepat untuk mengantisipasi penurunan lebih lanjut.
Perusahaan Publik - Perseroan tengah dalam negosiasi skema kerjasama dengan
pihak ketiga dalam rangka memperoleh pendanaan modal
kerja baru.
- Perseroan saat ini juga tengah berbicara dengan beragam
pihak eksternal dalam rangka memaksimalkan peluang
pemanfaatan fasilitas produksi perseoran.
- Keunikan konfigurasi pabrik dan kemampuan proses
bertahap (batch processing capability) memungkinkan
Perseroan menjadi manufaktur paling awal produk khusus
berorientasi keberlanjutan (sustainability) dalam
merealisasikan gagasan ekonomi sirkular sektor tekstil.

Description of Material Information or - As reported in the previous quarter's Financial Report, the
Facts operation downward trend is still predicted to occur in the third
quarter of 2024. Production utilization is expected to touch
46% level.
- This decreasing trend was caused by various factors - both
internal and external.
- The global margin decline has created turbulence across
industrial chain. Global excess capacity and illegal import
activities of dumping product have resulted uncertainty in
demand.
- The completion of the debt restructuring with creditors is
urgently needed to raise new working capital and machinery
upgrades.
- Despite Company's independent operations, the inaccurate
references used by Government creditors in assessing
Company's relations with Texmaco became the main obstacle
to completing the debt restructuring.
Impact of event, material information or - The ongoing discussion on the debt restructuring concept is
facts towards Issuers or Public critical to get the Company a normal access to banks. This
Company’s operational activities, legal, discussion is hoped to be completed immediately to anticipate
financial condition, or going concern further decline.
- The company has been involved in negotiations on
partnership scheme with third parties to source new working
capital funding.
- The company is currently also in various discussions with
number of parties in order to maximize the opportunities of
company's production facilities utilization.
- The factory's unique configuration and its batch processing
capability enable the Company to become an immediate
producer of special sustainability-oriented products in order to
materialize the idea of a circular economy production in the
textile sector.
