              Chemical Industry Technology Student Association, Padjajaran University
        Visit B3 and Non-B3 Waste Management Facilities of PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk

Bekasi, September 13, 2024 – The Chemical Industrial Technology Student Association
(“HIMATOLOGIKA”) of Padjajaran University (“UNPAD”) conducted an educational visit to the B3
(Hazardous and Toxic Materials) and Non-B3 waste management industry of PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo
Tbk (“MHKI”). This activity aims to broaden students' knowledge and practice in providing a deeper
understanding of the B3 and Non-B3 waste management process in the industry and provide in-depth
insight into the challenges and solutions in the waste management industry.

During the visit, students had the opportunity to see firsthand the B3 and Non-B3 waste management
process. Students also attended presentations on the Company profile, the technology used, and
today's industry challenges.

During this visit, the HIMATOLOGIKA UNPAD delegation from the Chemical Industrial Technology study
program led by Muhammad Yusuf Ph.D as the Head of the Study Program (KaProdi) was warmly
welcomed by the management of PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk. Both parties discussed the potential
for cooperation in various fields, such as internship programs, joint research, and curriculum
development that are relevant to industry needs.

Vahmi, President Commissioner of PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk said, “The Company is committed to
implementing the highest standards in waste management to protect the environment and Public
Health. This visit is a good first step to building more era cooperation between PT Multi Hanna
Kreasindo Tbk and Universitas Padjajaran. We hope that with this visit, the Company has provided an
opportunity for students to provide insight or knowledge that has been obtained in the real world of
work.”

Muhammad Yusuf Ph.D, Head of Study Program said, “This industrial visit aims to provide students with
practical experience in the industrial world, we hope this activity can inspire students to continue
learning and developing themselves. We not only get theoretical knowledge but also practical insight
that is very important to develop our careers in the future.”
This visit is expected to motivate students to further explore the field of waste management and
contribute to the development of sustainable solutions in this industry. HIMATOLOGIKA Unpad also
hopes that collaboration with industrial companies such as PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk can continue
to support student learning and development.

Overview of PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk:

PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk was founded in 2004 as a company engaged in industrial waste
processing and has obtained official permits from the Ministry of Environment. Our permits include
transportation (transporter), collector, processor, and utilization of B3 and non-B3 waste.

After obtaining an AMDAL on February 21, 2007, and the issuance of the Decree of the Minister of State
for the Environment concerning "Environmental Feasibility of Metal Waste Utilization Activities (B3 and
Non-B3) and Collection of Used Lubricating Oil and Non-B3 Waste", PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk
developed its business into a transportation, collection, processing and utilization industry recorded in
Decree No. S.371 / PSLB3 / VPLB3 / PLB.3 / 8/2021 in 2021 and the recommendation transportation
underlies the activities of PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk.

The activity is in line with the efforts of the Central Government, especially the Ministry of Environment
and the Bekasi City Government in overcoming the negative impacts of waste on the environment
caused by Hazardous and Toxic Materials (B3) through the implementation of 3R, namely: Reuse,
Recycling, Recovery.



PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk is equipped with industrial waste processing facilities with its own
internal Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) to maintain wastewater from the process so that it is
always below the environmental quality standard threshold. The smelting building is equipped with a
Dust Collector and Scrubber to maintain air quality, and periodic checks are also carried out for noise
levels.

PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk is also equipped with an Incinerator machine facility that can be used to
process medical & infectious waste from hospitals, clinics, and other health service facilities.

We have also collaborated in waste management with leading oil and gas companies in Indonesia
including PT Pertamina, PT PLN, and the Tanjung Jati Jepara Steam Power Plant. PT Multi Hanna
Kreasindo Tbk has a cooperative relationship with a third party (co-processing) that has a permit from
the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Indonesia as part of the Total Solution - Zero Pollutant.
