(SDPC) sebagai berikut: 1. Aktivitas transaksi meningkat menjadi sebanyak 4.637.000 saham dengan frekuensi 916 kali dibandingkan hari bursa sebelumnya sebanyak 472.600 saham dengan frekuensi 73 kali. 2. Harga ditutup meningkat sebesar Rp1 atau 0,756 dari harga penutupan hari bursa sebelumnya pada Rp133 menjadi Rp134. (SDPC) shares as follows: 1. Transaction activity increased to 4,637,000 shares with a freguency of 916 times compared to the previous trading day of 472,600 shares with a Jreguency of 73 times. 2. The price closed has increased by IDRI or 0.7546 from the previous trading day's closing price of IDR 133 to IDR 134. 3. Apakah perseroan — memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)? Tanggapan: Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu 3 bulan kedepan. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut. Tanggapan: Pemegang saham utama tidak memiliki rencana terkait kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. 5.
