   ICS is a company that is not a public company which pursuant to its articles of association carries out
   holding company activities, and in connection with that matter ICS conducts its business activities by
   investing in other companies.



2. Berdasarkan tanggapan poin 8, dijelaskan bahwa tujuan investasi yang dilakukan SCGPS adalah
   peningkatan investasi. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut agar dijelaskan secara detail terkait
   pertimbangan dilakukannya peningkatan investasi oleh SCGPS (penjelasan dapat berupa kondisi
   industri Perseroan ke depan, kontribusi SCGPS bagi Perseroan atau sebaliknya ke depan, dsb) /
   Based on the response to point 8, it is explained that the purpose of the investment made by SCGPS is
   to increase investment. In connection with this, it is necessary to explain in detail regarding the
   considerations for increasing investment by SCGPS (the explanation can be in the form of the Company's
   industrial conditions in the future, SCGPS's contribution to the Company or vice versa in the future, etc.).

   Tanggapan / Response:
   SCGPS yang merupakan bagian dari SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (SCG Packaging)
   berkomitmen untuk pertumbuhan Indonesia dan kedepannya akan mengalokasikan sumberdaya (baik
   tenaga ahli dan modal) ke Perseroan.
   SCGPS which is part of SCG Packaging is committed to the growth of Indonesia and will allocate
   resources (expert manpower and capital) to Company in the coming future.



3. Berdasarkan tanggapan poin 8, dijelaskan bahwa latar belakang penetapan harga acuan transaksi
   negosiasi sebesar Rp9.058 atau lebih tinggi 63,95% dari harga penutupan per 30 Agustus 2024 (Rp5.525)
   adalah adanya kesepakatan komersial antara ICS dan SCGPS. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, agar
   dijelaskan /
   Based on the response to point 8, it is explained that the background to the determination of the
   reference price for the negotiation transaction of IDR9,058 or 63.95% higher than the closing price as of
   August 30, 2024 (IDR5,525) is the existence of a commercial agreement between ICS and SCGPS. In

   a. Penjelasan detail mengenai kesepakatan komersial dimaksud mengingat harga acuan transaksi
      negosiasi relatif tinggi dibandingkan harga penutupan /

  b. Konfirmasi adanya perjanjian atau penerimaan manfaat lain baik kepada SCGPS selaku pembeli
     ataupun ICS selaku penjual yang terkait dengan transaksi tersebut, selain perjanjian pemindahan
     kepemilikan saham Perseroan. Dalam hal terdapat perjanjian atau penerimaan manfaat lain
     dimaksud, agar dijelaskan secara detail perihal tersebut /
     Confirmation of the existence of an agreement or receipt of other benefits to either SCGPS as the
     buyer or ICS as the seller related to the transaction, in addition to the agreement to transfer
     ownership of the Company's shares. In the event that there is an agreement or receipt of other

  c. Konfirmasi adanya keterlibatan lembaga penilai independen terkait penetapan harga acuan
     transaksi negosiasi. Dalam hal terdapat keterlibatan lembaga penilai independen, agar disajikan
     laporan analisis penetapan harga acuan dimaksud dalam file PDF.
     Confirmation of the involvement of independent appraisal related to the determination of the
     reference price of negotiated transaction. In the event that there is involvement of an independent
     appraisal, please provide the analysis report on the determination of the reference price in a PDF
     file.

  Tanggapan / Response:
  a. Kesepakatan komersial yang dimaksud adalah kesepakatan langsung antara SCGPS sebagai
     pengendali Perseroan yang ingin menambah jumlah kepemilikan sahamnya dalam Perseroan
     dengan membeli saham Perseroan dari ICS, yang dalam hal ini tidak melibatkan Perseroan /
     Commercial agreement in this matter is a direct agreement between SCGPS as the controller of the
     Company who intends to increase the amount of its share ownership in the Company by purchasing
     Company shares from ICS, which in this matter does not involve the Company.

  b. Perseroan tidak menjadi pihak dalam transaksi tersebut dan tidak menerima informasi apapun
     mengenai adanya perjanjian atau penerimaan manfaat lain, selain informasi terkait jual beli saham
     tersebut /
     The Company is not a party to the transaction and does not receive any information regarding the
     existence of any agreements or receipt of other benefits, other than information related to the sale
     and purchase of shares.

  c. Sepanjang pengetahuan terbaik Perseroan, penentuan harga jual beli tersebut tidak melibatkan
     lembaga penilai independen dalam menentukan harga transaksi /
