Dalam Amandemen 2 ini Para Pihak hanya menambahkan Biaya Jasa Tahun 2026 yang dituangkan dalam Lampiran B Amandemen dan tidak ada syarat dan ketentuan lain yang diubah. / Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Description of Material Information or Facts The Company and MPI have executed the Business Support Agreement dated 28 November 2023 (“the Agreement”) as amended under the Amendment 1 of the Agreement dated 8 November 2024, that the Company shall provide information technology facilities (internet, SAP, BPM services, etc.) to MPI as part of its business support, for MPI to be able to conduct its business in economical and efficient manner. In this Amendment 2, the Parties only add the Service Fees for the year 2026 as set out in Annex B of the Amendment and no other terms and conditions are changed.
