Pada tanggal 9 September 2024, Perseroan menerima surat
dari Gunawati, yang beralamat di Jl. Pantai Indah Utara 3 Blok
S1 No.18, Kapuk Muara, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara, pemilik
sejumlah 72.119.300 (tujuh puluh dua juta seratus sembilan
belas ribu tiga ratus) lembar saham, yaitu pemilik di bawah 5%
dari total jumlah saham Perseroan.
Dalam Suratnya, Gunawati menyampaikan maksudnya untuk
mengalihkan secara hibah kepemilikan sahamnya
sebagaimana dimaksud di atas kepada (i) anaknya yang
bernama: Adi Putro sejumlah 42.119.300 (empat puluh dua
juta seratus sembilan belas ribu tiga ratus) lembar dan
menantunya yang bernama: Susanti sejumlah 30.000.000 (tiga
puluh juta) lembar yang masing-masing beralamat yang sama
dengan Gunawati.
Saham yang akan dihibahkan akan dilakukan melalui transaksi
tertutup (crossing) di pasar negosiasi dengan harga Rp 138
(seratus tiga puluh delapan rupiah) yaitu harga perdana (harga
perolehan saat IPO) di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
Salinan Surat Gunawati adalah terlampir.

Facts On September 9, 2024, the Company received a letter from
Gunawati, residing at Jl. Pantai Indah Utara 3 Blok S1 No.18,
Kapuk Muara, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara, the owner of
72,119,300 (seventy-two million one hundred nineteen
thousand three hundred) shares, which is the owner of less
than 5% of the total number of issued shares of the Company.
In her letter, Gunawati informed her intention to transfer by
grant (hibah) her share ownership as referred to above to (i)
her son named: Adi Putro in the amount of 42,119,300 (forty-
two million one hundred nineteen thousand three hundred)
shares and her daughter-in-law named: Susanti in the amount
of 30,000,000 (thirty million) shares, each of whom has the
same address as Gunawati above.
The shares to be granted (hibah) will be carried out through a
closed transaction (crossing) in the negotiation market at a
price of IDR 138 (one hundred and thirty-eight rupiah), which is
the initial price (acquisition price at the time of the IPO) on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange.
