BCAP Acquisition Rumors of Vista Outdoor
Jakarta, September 10, 2024 — PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (IDX: BCAP) or the Company
acknowledges the recent news alleging that BCAP has made an offer to acquire Vista Outdoor
(VSTO.N). We firmly clarify that BCAP is not involved in any acquisition offer for Vista Outdoor.
The acquisition offer was made by MNC Capital Partners, L.P., a company based in Montreal,
Canada, which is neither part of nor affiliated with MNC Group.
This is the official clarification from the Company.
