Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) telah melakukan
pelunasan pokok dan bunga ke-12 Obligasi Berkelanjutan I
Bank KB Bukopin Tahap I Tahun 2021 sejumlah
Rp1.015.625.000.000,- (Satu Triliun Lima Belas Miliar Enam
Ratus Dua Puluh Lima Juta Rupiah) yang terdiri dari pokok
Obligasi sebesar Rp1.000.000.000.000,- (Satu Triliun Rupiah)
dan bunga obligasi ke-12 (gross) sebesar Rp15.625.000.000,-
(Lima Belas Miliar Enam Ratus Dua Puluh Lima Juta Rupiah)
yang didistribusikan pada tanggal 09 September 2024 kepada
masing-masing investor dengan sumber pendanaan yang
berasal dari dana pihak ketiga, utilisasi surat berharga yang
dimiliki dan transaksi interbank lainnya.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kegiatan usaha dan operasional Perseroan tetap berjalan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dengan normal seperti biasa.

and interest of the 12th Shelf Registration Bonds I Bank KB
Bukopin Phase I Year 2021 in the amount of IDR
1,015,625,000,000,- (One Trillion Fifteen Billion Six Hundred
Twenty Five Million Rupiah) consisting of principal bonds
amounting to IDR 1,000,000,000,000,- (One Trillion Rupiah)
and the 12th (gross) bond interest of IDR 15,625,000,000,-
(Fifteen Billion Six Hundred Twenty Five Million Rupiah)
distributed on September 09, 2024 to each investor with
funding sources originating from third party funds, utilization of
securities owned and other interbank transactions.
