Sehubungan dengan surat IDX no. S-09290/BEI.PP3/09-2024 tanggal 2 September 2024 perihal
Permintaan Penjelasan atas Divestasi Pemegang Saham PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (”Perseroan”),
berikut tanggapan kami atas permintaan tersebut /
In relation to IDX letter no. S-09290/BEI.PP3/09-2024 dated September 2, 2024 regarding the Request
for Explanation of Shareholders Divestment of PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (“Company”), here is our
response to the request:

1. Konfirmasi hubungan antara SCGP Solutions Singapore PTE LTD (SCGPS), PT Intercipta Sempana (ICS),
   Perseroan dan Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) serta pemegang saham pengendali Perseroan
   (afiliasi/tidak). /
   Confirmation of the relationship between SCGP Solutions Singapore PTE LTD (SCGPS), PT Intercipta
   Sempana (ICS), the Company and the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) and the controlling
   shareholders of the Company (affiliated/unaffiliated).

2. Konfirmasi status pengendalian Perseroan terkini. /
   Confirmation of the Company's current control status.

  Status pengendalian Perseroan terkini oleh SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (SCG Packaging)
  / Current status of control of the Company by SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (SCG
  Packaging).

3. Dalam hal tidak terdapat perubahan pengendali, agar dijelaskan latar belakang tidak terdapat
   perubahan pengendali dimaksud. /
   In the event that there is no change in controller, the background to the absence of the change in
   controller must be explained.

  Tanggapan / Response:
  Sebelum transaksi tanggal 20 Agustus 2024, Perseroan telah dikendalikan oleh SCG Packaging,
  sehingga dengan adanya transaksi pada tanggal 20 Agustus 2024 dan tanggal 30 Agustus 2024,
  Perseroan tetap dikendalikan oleh SCG Packaging. /
  Prior to the transaction on August 20, 2024, the Company was controlled by SCG Packaging, so that
  with the transactions on August 20, 2024 and August 30, 2024, the Company remains controlled by
  SCG Packaging.

9. Berdasarkan Laporan Bulanan Registrasi Pemegang Efek Perseroan tanggal 7 Agustus 2024, dijelaskan
   bahwa jumlah saham, % saham, dan jumlah pemegang saham free float Perseroan masing – masing
   sebesar 5.472.919 saham, 0,22%, dan 378 pemegang saham. Dengan demikian, Perseroan belum
   memenuhi ketentuan V.1.1 Peraturan Bursa Nomor I-A.

  Berdasarkan Surat Perseroan tanggal 1 Juli 2024 perihal Tanggapan Permintaan Penjelasan
  Penelahaan Laporan Keuangan Tahunan 2023 PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk dijelaskan bahwa terdapat
  3 aksi korporasi yang paling mungkin dilakukan Perseroan untuk memenuhi ketentuan free float,
  yaitu: divestasi, right issue, dan peningkatan modal melalui mitra. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut,
  agar dijelaskan beberapa hal dengan melengkapi tabel berikut:

  Based on the Company's Monthly Report of Securities Holder Registration dated August 7, 2024, it is
  explained that the number of shares, % of shares, and number of free float shareholders of the
  Company are 5,472,919 shares, 0.22%, and 378 shareholders, respectively. Thus, the Company has
  not complied with the provisions of V.1.1 of Exchange Regulation Number I-A.

  Based on the Company's Letter dated July 1, 2024 regarding the Response to the Request for
  Explanation of the Review of the 2023 Annual Financial Report of PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk, it is
  explained that there are 3 corporate actions that are most likely to be carried out by the Company
  to fulfill the free float provisions, namely: divestment, rights issue, and capital increase through
  partners. In connection with this, several things should be explained by completing the following
  table.
