Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Berkala Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik, dimana kewajiban penyampaian Laporan
Keuangan kuartal II tanggal 30 Juni yang ditelaah secara
terbatas (limited review) jatuh pada tanggal 31 Agustus,
sebagaimana yang telah Perseroan sampaikan sebelumnya
kepada OJK dan IDX melalui form pada system SPE-IDXnet,
Perseroan sampaikan kembali bahwa dalam tenggat waktu
tersebut PT Sepatu Bata Tbk dan entitas anaknya belum
dapat menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian
Interim yang tidak diaudit tanggal 30 Juni 2024 dan untuk
periode enam bulan yang berakhir pada tanggal tersebut
beserta laporan atas reviu informasi keuangan interim. Hal ini
dikarenakan masih dalam proses reviu dan diperlukan waktu
lebih dengan Kantor Akuntan Publik dan akan Perseroan
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta -
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Description of Material Information or In accordance with Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
Facts 14/POJK.04/2022 dated August 18, 2022 concerning
Submission of Periodic Financial Reports of Issuers or Public
Companies, where the obligation to submit the Financial
Report for the second quarter of June 30 which has been
reviewed on a limited basis falls on August 31, as previously
submitted by the Company to the OJK and IDX via the form on
the SPE-IDXnet system, the Company reiterates that within
the deadline, PT Sepatu Bata Tbk and its subsidiaries have
not been able to submit the unaudited Interim Consolidated
Financial Report for June 30, 2024 and for the six-month
period ended on that date along with a report on the review of
interim financial information. This is because it is still in the
review process and more time is needed with the Public
Accounting Firm and the Company will submit it as soon as
possible.
