tentang Hasil Penilaian Kemampuan dan 2024 regarding Result on Fit and Proper Test of
Kepatutan Sdri. Marita Alisjahbana selaku calon Marita Alisjahbana as the candidate of
Komisaris Independen Perseroan; Independent Commissioner of the Company;
Bersama ini kami sampaikan dokumen yang We would like to submit document of which
memuat Perubahan Susunan Anggota Dewan stipulating the Changes in the Composition of
Komisaris Perseroan sesuai dengan Keputusan Members of the Board of Commissioners of
RUPSLB Perseroan pada tanggal 29 Agustus the Company in accordance with the EGMS
2024, yaitu salinan Akta Pernyataan Keputusan Resolution of the Company dated 29 August 2024,
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa namely copy of the Notary Deed of the
Perseroan No. 2 tanggal 3 September 2024 yang Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of
dibuat oleh Ashoya Ratam, SH, MKn, Notaris di the Company No. 2 dated 3 September 2024

diterima dan dicatat oleh Menteri Hukum dan Administrative City of South Jakarta, which has
Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia dengan been received and registered by the Minister of
Surat No. AHU-AH.01.09-0248269 tanggal 4 Law and Human Rights of the Republic of
September 2024, dengan salinan sebagaimana Indonesia by Letter No. AHU-AH.01.09-0248269
