Merujuk pada Peraturan PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor I.A.3 mengenai Kewajiban Pelaporan
Emiten pasal 9, melalui surat ini kami menyatakan kesiapan dana pembayaran untuk pelunasan
pokok surat utang sebagai berikut:
    Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Sarana Multi Infrastruktur Tahap IV Tahun 2023 Seri A
       sebesar Rp400.000.000.000,- (empat ratus miliar Rupiah), yang akan jatuh tempo pada
       24 Desember 2024.

With reference to Indonesia Stock Exchange regulation No. I.A.3 regarding Issuer Reporting
Obligation Article 9, we hereby to declare our readiness for principal settlement of:
    Tranche IV Shelf Registration Bond III Sarana Multi Infrastruktur Year 2023 Series A
       amounted Rp400,000,000,000,- (Four hundred billion Rupiah), which will mature on
       December 24, 2024.
