Merujuk pada Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep 00066/BEI/09-2022 perihal Perubahan
Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi yang berlaku efektif sejak 1 Oktober 2022, dengan ini
kami sampaikan bahwa PT PLN (Persero) telah menyiapkan dana pembayaran kewajiban pelunasan pokok Obligasi
Berkelanjutan III PLN Tahap V Seri A tahun 2019 (PPLN03ACN5) sebesar Rp 795.700.000.000 (Tujuh Ratus Sembilan
Puluh Lima Miliar Tujuh Ratus Juta Rupiah), Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan III PLN Tahap V Seri A tahun 2019
(SIPPLN03ACN5) sebesar Rp 6.500.000.000 (Enam Miliar Lima Ratus Juta Rupiah), dan Obligasi Berkelanjutan II PLN
Tahap II Seri B tahun 2017 (PPLN02BCN2) sebesar Rp 201.000.000.000 (Dua Ratus Satu Miliar Rupiah). Pokok
obligasi dan sisa imbalan sukuk ijarah tersebut di atas akan dibayarkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia
(KSEI) selaku agen pembayar sesuai ketentuan selambat-lambatnya pada tanggal jatuh tempo. Demikian kami
sampaikan, atas perhatian dan kerjasamanya kami ucapkan terimakasih.
