Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dalam hal tersebut di atas yang di jadikan suatu catatan
adalah di karenakan adanya saldo pada pos Uang Muka
sebesar Rp 29416965298 dan Asset lain lain sebesar Rp
4100000000 Atas akun tersebut dapat kami jelaskan bahwa
peruntukannya merupakan sebagai salah satu jaminan atau
kepastian atas adanya supply bahan baku dari supplier
supplier Jadi dalam hal ini merupakan salah satu bentuk
usaha perseroan untuk meyakinkan supplier atas kepastian
pengambilan bahan baku berupa aval Jadi pengaruhnya bagi
perseroan justru dapat lebih memberikan nilai tambah
terhadap kepastian ketersediaan bahan baku Akan tetapi
karena dalam pelaksanaanya melibatkan beberapa
pengusaha kecil pengepul yang secara administrasi belum
baik maka perseroan membutuhkan waktu untuk memberikan
edukasi secara perlahan Dan kedepannya akan memenuhi
data data yang di maksud sesuai PSAK yang berlaku
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Lebih lanjut dapat kami sampaikan bahwa kejadian informasi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut tidak berdampak pada kegiatan operasional
