Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik,
Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan bahwa sehubungan
dengan penurunan modal ditempatkan dan disetor Perseroan
sebagai pelaksanaan atas pengalihan saham hasil pembelian
kembali ("Saham Treasuri") Perseroan sebanyak 315.000.000
(tiga ratus lima belas juta) lembar saham, maka pada tanggal
4 September 2024 PT Bursa Efek Indonesia ("BEI") telah
menyetujui penghapusan pencatatan atas seluruh Saham
Treasuri Perseroan sebanyak 315.000.000 (tiga ratus lima
belas juta) lembar saham sebagaimana disampaikan dalam
surat BEI Nomor S-09318/BEI.PP2/09-2024 tanggal 4
September 2024 kepada Perseroan dan Pengumuman BEI
Nomor Peng-P-02239/BEI.PP2/09-2024 tanggal 4 September
2024. Dengan demikian, jumlah saham yang diterbitkan
Perseroan dari semula sebanyak 15.816.310.000 lembar
saham menjadi sebanyak 15.501.310.000 lembar saham.

The Delisting of Treasury Shares of the Company

Description of Material Information or In order to comply with the provisions of Financial Services
Facts Authority Regulation No.31/POJK.04/2015 concerning
Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public
Companies, the Company hereby discloses that in connection
with the reduction of the Company's issued and paid-up capital
as an implementation of the transfer of Treasury Shares of the
Company amount of 315,000,000 (three hundred fifteen
million) shares, then on 4 September 2024 the Indonesian
Stock Exchange ("BEI") has approved the delisting of all
Treasury Shares of the Company amount of 315,000,000
(three hundred fifteen million) shares as described in its letter
Number S-09318/BEI.PP2/09-2024 dated 4 September 2024
and its Announcement Number Peng-P-02239/BEI.PP2/09-
2024 dated 4 September 2024. Therefore, the total number of
issued shares of the Company from 15,816,310,000 shares,
becomes 15,501,310,000 shares.
