Operational Updates of
PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk.
Direksi PT. Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk. (“Perseroan”, dan bersama dengan anak
perusahaannya, “Grup”) dengan ini memberikan informasi terkini kepada para pemegang
saham mengenai kemajuan perkembangan pada Ciemas Gold Project.
Bahwa saat ini harga dan pasokan sianida telah mulai normal dan dengan
mengesampingkan keadaan yang tidak terduga, Grup menargetkan akan mencapai
kapasitas produksi sebesar 300 ton per hari pada bulan September 2024. Pada bulan Agustus
2024, Grup telah memproduksi 2.562 gram Emas Dore.
Grup akan terus mengidentifikasi dan menangani sirkuit pemrosesannya untuk meningkatkan
efisiensi pemrosesan, pemulihan yang efektif, dan waktu aktif yang berkelanjutan untuk
mencapai target kapasitas produksinya sebesar 500 ton per hari.
Selain itu, permohonan izin impor sianida oleh Grup telah disetujui oleh Kementerian
Perdagangan Republik Indonesia dan saat ini sedang menunggu persetujuan dari
Kementerian Perindustrian Republik Indonesia terkait kuota impor sianida.
Direksi Perseroan akan terus memantau perkembangan dan memberikan pembaruan
(update) sebagaimana mestinya jika ada perkembangan material.
Para pemegang saham Perseroan dan calon investor disarankan untuk berhati-hati dalam
bertransaksi efek Perseroan dan disarankan untuk membaca pengumuman ini dan
pengumuman lebih lanjut dari Perseroan dengan seksama. Jika ragu, pemegang saham

The Board of Directors (“BOD”) of PT. Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk. (the “Company”, and
together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) wishes to provide an update to shareholders on the
progress of the development of the Ciemas Gold Project.
The pricing and supply of cyanide has started to normalize and barring unforeseen
circumstances, the Group aims to achieve production capacity of 300 tonnes per day in
September 2024. In August 2024, the Group produced 2,562 grams of Gold Dore.
The Group will continue to identify and address its processing circuit to improve its processing
efficiency, effective recoverability and sustainable uptime to achieve its target production
capacity of 500 tonnes per day.
The Group’s application for permit to import cyanide has been approved by the Kementerian
Perdagangan Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia) and is
currently pending approval from the Kementerian Perindustrian Republik Indonesia (Ministry of
Industry of the Republic of Indonesia) on the quota to import cyanide.
The Company will continue to monitor the situation and make appropriate announcement(s)
as and when there are material developments.
