SRB tanggal 1 September 2024, dimana Perseroan bertindak
sebagai Pemberi Pinjaman dan SRB sebagai Peminjam
dengan nilai pinjaman sebesar Rp 25.000.000.000,- (dua
puluh lima miliar Rupiah) dan suku bunga pinjaman sebesar
8,95% (delapan koma sembilan lima persen) per tahun, yang
berlaku hingga tanggal 31 Agustus 2027

Intercompany Loan Agreement between the Company and PT

shares are indirectly owned by the Company.
Description of Material Information or In relation to the Intercompany Loan Agreement between the
Facts Company and SRB dated 1 September 2024, that the
Company acts as a Lender and SRB as the Borrower with the
loan value of IDR 25,000,000,000 (twenty-five billion
Indonesian Rupiah) dan the interest rate of the loan is 8.95%
(eight point nine-five percent) per
annum, which is valid until 31 August 2027.
