In connection with the information we received from the public, there has been misuse of the name PT
Ashmore Asset Management Indonesia Tbk (“Ashmore”) by other parties. Through this letter, we would
like to inform the public that to date, Ashmore does not have any social media accounts or mobile
applications and Ashmore does not have any relationship or connection in any form with CONVERA.
Therefore,Ashmore is not responsible for any actions taken by parties acting on behalf of Ashmore
through CONVERA.
To follow up on these findings, Ashmore has added a Fraud Warning to our website
https://www.ashmoregroup.com/id-id/fraud-warning. In addition to that, Ashmore has also
reported the misuse of Ashmore's name to the authorities and followed up on public complaints to the
Illegal Financial Activities Eradication Task Force.
Ashmore is an Investment Manager company licensed by the Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) and
all products we offer are legal investment products in the form of mutual funds that are not 'Money
Games', products with promises of certain returns or products that offer loans.
