Amundi pada BRI MI (perusahaan anak Perseroan yang
bergerak di bidang usaha manajer investasi), sehingga
Amundi akan menjadi pemegang saham minoritas dan
Perseroan akan tetap sebagai pemegang saham mayoritas di
BRI MI.
Rencana Transaksi dilakukan dalam rangka mendukung
pengembangan bisnis BRI MI. Penyelesaian atas Rencana
Transaksi tunduk terhadap dan masih bergantung pada
pemenuhan kondisi-kondisi prasyarat, antara lain diperolehnya
persetujuan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).
Perseroan akan menyampaikan informasi lebih lanjut setelah
Rencana Transaksi diselesaikan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Rencana Transaksi belum memiliki dampak material terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau

Description of Material Information or The Proposed Transaction is a new shares subscription by
Facts Amundi in BRI MI (a subsidiary of the Company operating in
investment manager business), which will make Amundi a
minority shareholder and the Company will remain as the
majority shareholder in BRI MI.
The Proposed Transaction is performed in order to support
BRI MI business developments.
The completion of the Proposed Transaction is subject to, and
conditional upon, the fulfillment of conditions precedent,
among others the obtainment of regulatory approvals from the
Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK).
The Company will submit further information after the
Proposed Transaction is completed.
