PT BANK KB BUKOPIN Tbk Re:Notice of Resignation Corporate Secretary of PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk Fulfiling the provisions of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies, and in connection with the resignation of Mr. Yocky Eko Wicaksono from the position of Corporate Secretary of the Company, the Board of Directors of PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk has issued a Board of Directors Decree Number SKEP/079-DIR/VII/2024 which decided his dismissal effective as of September 1, 2024. The Company is currently in the process of appointing a new Corporate Secretary. As a form of information disclosure to the public, this notice is also posted on the Company's Official website.
