Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Pada tanggal 23 April 2026, Perseroan menerbitkan
pengumuman pada Surat Kabar Radar Karawang terkait
Pengumuman Lelang atas Aset Peralatan yang dilaksanakan
melalui Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara (KPKNL)
Purwakarta dengan metode penawaran tertulis tanpa
kehadiran peserta lelang melalui Lelang Internet (E-Auction)
secara terbuka (open bidding);
2. Pelaksanaan lelang berupa pengumuman, site visit,
penawaran, sampai penetapan pemenang dilaksanakan pada
tanggal 23 April 2026 sampai dengan tanggal 7 Mei 2026;
3. Lelang atas Aset Peralatan dilakukan dengan
merujuk pada Surat Keputusan Direksi nomor
5/SK/WBP/PEN/2026 tanggal 27 Januari 2026 tentang
Penghapusbukuan dan Penjualan Aset Tetap PT Waskita
Beton Precast Tbk, sebagai salah satu upaya implementasi
Perjanjian Perdamaian yang telah disahkan (homologasi) oleh
Majelis Hakim pada tanggal 28 Juni 2022 (Perjanjian
Perdamaian);
4. Pelaksanaan lelang Aset Peralatan Perseroan
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam angka 2, terdiri dari 3 paket
lelang, yaitu:
1. Paket 1 (besi scrap) aset Workshop Cikopo
- Cetakan RISHA (3 set)
- Cetakan Square Pile (3 set)
- Cetakan U - Ditch (1 set)
2. Paket 1 (scrap) aset Plant Karawang
- Bar Cutter (5 unit)
- Bar Heading (1 unit)
- Ber Bender (8 unit)
3. Paket 3 (besi scrap) aset Plant Karawang
- Cetakan Tetrapod (34 set)
Jumlah total 14 unit Aset Peralatan dan 41 set Aset Cetakan
secara keseluruhan;
5. Total nilai buku audited Desember 2024 Aset
Peralatan dan Cetakan yang dilelang adalah Rp0,- (nol
Rupiah), dengan nilai limit lelang keseluruhan berdasarkan
nilai pasar Laporan Penilaian Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik
Firdaus, Ali dan Rekan dengan nomor laporan 00301/2.0134-
00/PP/07/0059/1/XII/2025 tanggal 17 Desember 2025 adalah
sebesar Rp249.905.400 (dua ratus empat puluh sembilan juta
sembilan ratus lima ribu empat ratus Rupiah) (sudah termasuk
PPN 11%), dan harga terbentuk dari proses lelang adalah
sebesar Rp582.073.700,- (lima ratus delapan puluh dua juta
tujuh puluh tiga ribu tujuh ratus Rupiah) (sudah termasuk PPN
11%);
6. Penggunaan dana hasil Lelang Aset (asset disposal)
Peralatan akan digunakan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang
tertuang dalam Perjanjian Perdamaian;
7. Proses serah terima aset dilakukan secara bertahap
dimulai pada tanggal 11 Mei 2026 sampai dengan 03 Juni
2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Lelang Aset (Asset Disposal) Peralatan akan berdampak:
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan - Memperkuat likuiditas Perseroan sehingga mendukung
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kegiatan operasional Perseroan.
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau - Efisiensi beban pemeliharaan, beban penyusutan dan beban
Perusahaan Publik penyimpanan alat.

Description of Material Information or On 23 April 2026, the Company published an announcement
Facts in Radar Karawang Newspaper regarding the Auction
Announcement for Equipment Assets conducted through the
Purwakarta State Assets and Auction Service Office (KPKNL
Purwakarta) using a written bidding method without the
presence of auction participants through an Internet Auction
(E-Auction) under an open bidding mechanism;
The auction process, including announcement, site visit,
bidding, and determination of the winning bidder, was
conducted from 23 April 2026 until 7 May 2026;
The auction of the Equipment Assets was carried out with
reference to the Board of Directors Decree No.
5/SK/WBP/PEN/2026 dated 27 January 2026 concerning the
Write-off and Sale of Fixed Assets of PT Waskita Beton
Precast Tbk, as one of the implementation measures of the
Court-Approved Settlement Agreement (homologation) ratified
by the Panel of Judges on 28 June 2022 (Settlement
Agreement);
The auction of the Company's Equipment Assets as referred to
in point 2 consisted of 3 auction packages, namely:
Package 1 (scrap iron), Workshop Cikopo assets
RISHA Moulds (3 sets)
Square Pile Moulds (3 sets)
U-Ditch Moulds (1 set)
Package 2 (scrap), Plant Karawang assets
Bar Cutter (5 units)
Bar Heading (1 unit)
Bar Bender (8 units)
Package 3 (scrap iron), Plant Karawang assets
Tetrapod Moulds (34 sets)
A total of 14 units of Equipment Assets and 41 sets of Mould
Assets in aggregate;
The total audited book value as of December 2024 of the
auctioned Equipment Assets and Mould Assets was Rp0 (zero
Rupiah), with the overall auction reserve price based on the
market value stated in the Appraisal Report of KJPP Firdaus,
Ali dan Rekan No. 00301/2.0134-00/PP/07/0059/1/XII/2025
dated 17 December 2025 amounting to Rp249,905,400 (two
hundred forty-nine million nine hundred five thousand four
hundred Rupiah) (inclusive of 11% VAT), while the final
auction price formed through the auction process amounted to
Rp582,073,700 (five hundred eighty-two million seventy-three
thousand seven hundred Rupiah) (inclusive of 11% VAT);
The proceeds from the Equipment Asset auction (asset
disposal) will be utilized in accordance with the provisions
stipulated under the Settlement Agreement;
The asset handover process was carried out in stages
commencing on 11 May 2026 until 3 June 2026.

facts towards Issuers or Public following impacts:
Company’s operational activities, legal, - Strengthening the Companys liquidity, thereby supporting its
financial condition, or going concern operational activities.
- Increasing efficiency by reducing maintenance costs,
depreciation expenses, and equipment storage costs.
