Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Merupakan transaksi afiliasi karena Perseroan merupakan
pemegang saham PT Sejahtera Inti Sentosa (SIS) dengan
kepemilikan saham sebesar 99,99%, namun bukan
merupakan transaksi benturan kepentingan
2. Bukan merupakan transaksi material karena transaksi
setoran modal sebesar Rp50.000.000.000,00 (lima puluh
miliar Rupiah) apabila dibanding dengan ekuitas Perseroan
pada periode 30 Juni 2024 sebesar Rp 1.867.201.949.583,00
(satu triliun delapan ratus enam puluh tujuh miliar dua ratus
satu juta Rupiah) senilai 2,6% (dua koma enam persen).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan terlaksananya transaksi ini maka struktur permodalan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan SIS menjadi semakin kuat dan diharapkan dapat
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan yang akan memberikan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dampak positif bagi Perseroan
Perusahaan Publik

2. It is not a material transaction because the capital injection
transaction of IDR50,000,000,000.00 (fifty billion Rupiah) when
compared to the Company's equity in the period of June 30,
2024 of IDR1,867,201,949,583.00 (one trillion eight hundred
sixty seven billion two hundred and one million Rupiah)
amounting to 2.6% (two point six percent).

facts towards Issuers or Public structure will become stronger and is expected to improve the
